FAQs

How does the 30-day free trial work?
Sign up and have access to all of the features in CrossTrackr FREE for 30 days. After your 30 day trial your rate will be based on the amount of athletes on your renewal date. Remember, if your Box is still under 50 athletes it continues to be FREE.
What is considered an Athlete?
An Athlete is any type of account in your Box, your members, staff and your own, as you yourself are an Athlete. You control what access your staff accounts have and we do not charge any extra fees for them. We also automatically remove any Athlete accounts that are marked inactive for more than 30 days to keep you from paying for accounts that are no longer part of your Box (another neat feature to make management simple). Don't worry adding an existing CrossTrackr account is as easy as searching for the Athlete by email.
Can I import data from other software?
Yes and no, while we do not have any automated tools for you to do it, we will gladly help you thru your transition and import all your existing data from another program into CrossTrackr FREE of charge.
Is payment processing included in the monthly fee?
No, you pay payment processing fees directly to Stripe. We do not make a dime on your processing even at the FREE tier. Simple, fair and easy as stated above, our job is to help you succeed and minimize the costs and time of managing your Box.
What payment processors does CrossTrackr support?
CrossTrackr supports Stripe, a simple pay-as-you-go payment gateway with no monthly or setup fees.
How is CrossTrackr accessed?
CrossTrackr is a web-based application, which can be accessed from any internet connected device with a browser. This means your data is always available and in sync between all your devices. We also have free apps for iOS and Android.
Do you offer support?
Yes, if you need anything we are here to help. We are a small team, so there is no loops to jump, just email us and we will respond within a few hours, sometimes minutes or even seconds (support@crosstrackr.com). Help is always FREE and personable.
